Here is a quick update of upcoming events for the next few months:

March: This is a date revision Cabela's is Saturday the 20th I have to work. Rich, Bill, Loris and Debra have confirmed with me. Please let me know FOR SURE if you are going to be helping out. I have verified that we WILL be able to sell our cookbooks at this event. We need someone to sell cookbooks, probably 2 food sample servers and another helper/cook or two.
May: The Packwood Mountain Festival and Quilt show is April 30th - May 2nd. I need at least 3 volunteers for this one if we are going to do it. It is too much for 2 people. We only participate on Saturday and Sunday (May 1-2) We sell our cookbooks there. I have to work.
May Business meeting: Tuesday May 4th.
Also in May is a campout hosted by the Fabyunkey's. Date and Place TBD.
June 25-27 is the Dutch Oven Reunion. This will be great fun. EVERYONE is invited. Old members, new members, friends who like to cook, etc.
July 9-11 is the campout in Auburn at the Dietzman's. Lots of fun every year.
Also in July is the tentative dinner for approx 200-250 people. July 17th (approx.) I need to know who can help out with this one. We need at least 10 people. 12 would be preferable. This will be an excellent opportunity for the society to make some money. We need experienced hands as well as beginners. They haven't picked out the meal, yet, because this is still in the planning stage. Basically I will be telling them the maximum amount of guests when I get a firm count on who all can help. Please let me know even if you CAN'T help so I know not to be asking you.
